For Gulf Countries except Saudi Arabia

A. Demand letter:
A formal letter issued by the employer addressing Pacific Human Resources Pvt. Ltd. with full detail of the job categories, number of workers, monthly salary, contract period, working hours and other facilities like food, accommodation medical and air passage facilities as per as rules and regulation of Nepal Embassy & Labour Department of Nepal. *To be attested by Chamber of Commerce and Nepalese Embassy*

B. Power of Attorney:
A letter issued by the employer authorizing Pacific Human Resources Pvt. Ltd. to act on behalf of the employer in recruiting the required number of workers and to carry out all necessary formalities related with the respective Embassy and the related department of the government of Nepal. *To be attested by Chamber of Commerce and Nepalese Embassy*

C. Employment Contract:
This agreement is made between the company (Employer) and the Employee on the company’s letterhead stating clearly all terms and conditions regarding manpower supply from Nepal.

D. Guarantee Letter:
A formal letter addressing to the Director General, Ministry of Labour Employment & Social Security, Singha Durbar, Kathmandu, Nepal. Promising that the workers will not work in any other country/company.

E. Letter of Guarantee for own sister concerned companies:
This letter should be issued by the employer addressing to our General Director of Labour Department in Nepal, Kathmandu, in subject of assuring them that main company owns these sister companies so recruited employees can be deployed at these sister companies as well.

F. Agency Contract Paper: [Inter Party Agreement]
This agreement is made between Pacific Human Resources Pvt. Ltd. and the Employer Company on the employer Company’s letterhead stating clearly all terms and conditions regarding recruitment of manpower from Nepal.

Note:- Demand letter and power of attorney should be attested by the chamber of commerce and Nepalese Embassy of the concerned country. For Oman & Saudi, demand letter and power of attorney should be attested in ministry of foreign affairs.


SAUDI VISA PROCESS

The visa processing for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is different from other Middle East countries. The stepwise process for the recruitment in Saudi is given below.

  • Receive the visa slip, Consulate Authorized Demand Letter (Wakala) from the Employing Company.
  • Selection of the candidates by the company representatives or by our own HR experts as per the demand.
    Acquire the Mofa number of each candidate from the website of Saudi Government (Pacific Human has been authorized and provided with the user name and the passport to log on to the authorized Visa Application Link)
  • Send the candidate with mofa no. and photographs to GAMCA (GCC Approval Medical Center Association)
  • Send the original passport of medically fit candidate with medical certificate and the photographs to Saudi Embassy for the stamping. Deployment of the candidates with the approval of the Department of Labour, Nepal.

Note:- Only the Manpower Companies who are authorized and provided with an ID Card from the Saudi Embassy are eligible to submit the passport for visa stamping. Pacific Human Resources has its own ID card to carry out the above procedures.
